Who We Are

We created this business because we’ve been in your shoes, and we’ve shared your frustrations. We’ve felt the stress of calculating and presenting fees on the spot firsthand. We’ve relied on calculators and Excel spreadsheets filled with formulas, only to have the formulas break in the middle of a fee presentation.

We knew there had to be a better way - so we built it ourselves! Combining our experience working in an orthodontic practice with our extensive technological capabilities, we created orthodocsPro.

With orthodocsPro, you’ll have all the tools you need to create an efficient, accurate, and professional new patient financial experience. And it’s all customizable to reflect your practice’s brand, treatment fees, products, and more.

How it all began
OrthodocsPro is powered by Huber Software Solutions, LLC, which is owned & operated by a couple of engineers...literally, a Mr. & Mrs. Geek, living in the Silicon Prairie of the Mid-West.

During their college years, Mrs. Geek worked for a local orthodontic practice. She saw first-hand the need for a tool that would create financial contracts for new patients. Her first attempt at creating such a tool was a spreadsheet that contained hundreds of hidden formulas, in an effort to cover all the possible financial scenarios. It was not easy to maintain, and each office administrator tended to add their own "enhancements" which often resulted in breaking the document. This inflexibility led to attempt #2, which was a PC-based application practices could install and run on their machines. This was much better, and has since evolved into the orthodocsPro website. Being a website allows both Windows- and Mac-lovers to take advantage of its benefits! Additionally, when the system receives updates it is not a burden for clients.
